If you love fast food then your curiosity is probably piqued whenever you travel. What do they stuff their faces with in the countries you visit?
The truth is that there are some incredible, weird types of fast food all over the world.
The Black Hot Dog
If you are ever in Tokyo, Japan then you really need to go and get yourself a delicious black hot dog. There seems to be some degree of doubt about whether it is this color because it contains squid ink or bamboo charcoal. To be honest, either of those ingredients is weird enough for me to be getting on with.
The Cheeseburger Pizza
Lucky pizza fans in the Middle East are those who get to enjoy the double delight of a pizza with cheeseburgers on it. It is called the Crown Crust Pizza and it is described as the Most Royal Pizza Ever. I can’t imagine any member of a royal family anywhere sinking his noble teeth into this beast but I would love a crack at it.
Mt Fuji Burger
If you’ve always had a soft spot for Mt Fuji then why not eat the whole flaming iconic, mystical Japanese mountain? Technically this is a monstrous burger based on Mt Fuji but don’t let that put you off.
Baby Ruth Chocodilla
You need to head over to Guatemala way to get hold of this fast food beauty. That shouldn’t be a problem when there is a Baby Ruth Chocodilla up for grabs though, should it? I don’t think this product needs any words spent on it other than the tagline demasiado deliciosa.
The Mini Dog Pizza
The only thing I know about this product is that I want one all to myself. It’s like the cheeseburger pizza we saw earlier but with little hot dogs instead of cheeseburgers. Like the cheeseburger pizza this is from Pizza Hut, but this time you’ll need to go to Japan to enjoy it.
The Kit Kat Pizza
I must start off by apologizing for the inordinately high number of pizzas on this list. Actually, I am not sorry about it at all. We all love pizzas and what could be better than a Kit Kat and Mango one? No, I have no idea how that even works but who cares?
The Yorkshire Burger
You know, looking at this picture reminds me that I haven’t eaten a high quality English Sunday dinner with Yorkshire Pudding since, well, never. However, when I lived in the land of Shakespeare and Mr. Bean I occasionally treated myself to a cheap frozen version from my local frozen food emporium. Now some smart chap has invented the Yorkshire Pudding Burger. Could the world get any better?
The Dark Vador Burger
France is, of course, a country famous for its exquisite cuisine. I just need to close my eyes and I can almost taste the Ratatouille, the Bouillabaisse, the Salade Mesclun and the Dark Vador Burger. What? As the advert says; Dark= puissance obscure. I couldn’t have put it better myself.
The Gracoro Burger
We’re back to the Land of the Rising Sun and Crazy Fast Food, aren’t we? Yes, we blooming well are. In this case, our old buddies at MacDonald’s decided to treat our Japanese cousins to a burger with shrimp, macaroni and white sauce. The day I get to Japan will be the day I finally reach Fast Food Nirvana. It won’t be a pretty sight.
