But you wouldn’t have to give up your hot showers.

I know when I made the switch, it changed a lot of things for me. The biggest one being number 5 on this list. I started my day off with a small challenge that allowed me to think better about tackling bigger ones my day always presented.

And my girlfriend appreciated my improved alertness, as well – I started noticing those little things they never say but want you to know.
